Rules for use of the services

RULES FOR USE OF THE SERVICES RELATED TO ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE INTERNET THROUGH THE NETWORK OF ET GEORG-GEORGI GEORGIEV.
Subject
1. These Rules govern the relationship between ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier" and any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who uses services related to access to and use of the Internet through the network of ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev In the sense of these rules, network of ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev means any public electronic communication network of ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev, through which access to and use of the Internet takes place.
 Objectives and general principles
2. These Rules for the use of services related to access to and use of the Internet through the network of ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev (called "Rules" for short) are intended to ensure:
2.1. correct and reasonable use of the network and its resources and to prevent actions that deteriorate or impede the technical and functional possibilities of its use;
2.2. preserving the established reputation of ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev, as a responsible Provider of Internet services;
2.3. guaranteeing the security and reliability of the ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev network.
3. These Rules constitute an integral part of the Agreement for providing access to the Internet between the User and the Provider.
4. The Provider's systems and network can only be used to achieve goals and intentions not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and international acts, in accordance with the constitutionally regulated right of every citizen or legal entity to seek, receive and distribute information. This includes, but is not limited to, distribution of unlicensed software; making prohibited access to systems and resources in ET Georg-Georgi Georgiev, distributing author's materials without the consent of their author; harming the rights and reputation of others; calling for a violent change of the constitutionally established order; endangering national security; provision in the public Internet space of materials and messages representing trade secrets, as well as calling for committing crimes, inciting enmity or violence against the person.
5. The Provider has the right to immediately and without notice terminate access to resources or data and block the use of the network by one or more Users in the event that:
 5.1. detects illegal use of the Provider's systems and network to achieve goals and intentions prohibited by law,
5.2. at his discretion, there is a violation of these Rules by the User.
6. The Provider is not responsible for illegal use of the systems and the network or for illegal content distributed by the User or third parties, insofar as the Provider undertakes to provide only a technical possibility to access and use the resources of the Internet space.
7. The Provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal correspondence, not disclosing the content or address of e-mail or other personal information about Users without their prior consent, unless this information is requested by the competent authorities in accordance with the prescribed procedure in the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The network
8. The Provider's network can be used by the User to connect to other networks around the world, subject to compliance by the User with the accepted rules for using the respective network, without violating the technical characteristics of the adopted protocols and standards.
 9. The user undertakes not to violate or abuse identification procedures, not to endanger the security of devices, networks or records (actions known as "cracking" or "hacking"), and not to impede the use or the use of another device or network by another user (actions known as "denial of service attacks").
10. The use of applications, programs and the distribution of information in a way that overloads the systems serving the network or creates inconvenience or technical problems for third parties is unacceptable.
11. Unsanctioned attempts to access devices connected to the Internet through the ports (portscanning), in order to establish the type and version of the installed software, as well as attempts to gain control over the relevant devices (backdoor and vulnerability testing) are inadmissible.
12. Users who damage the security of the created systems and network bear the responsibility provided for in the current legislation.
 Electronic communication
13. When granting access to the Internet, the User identifies himself with a username and password. The user is responsible for all actions related to the use of services related to Internet access, carried out under the username and password that identify him, respectively.
14. It is inadmissible to send voluminous messages, as well as messages containing commercial advertisements, political or religious messages, announcements, etc., by means of e-mail to third parties who have not explicitly stated that they wish to receive them ("junk mail" or "spam").
15. It is unacceptable to send messages containing commercial advertisements, political speeches, announcements, etc. to an unspecified number of recipients (known as newsgroups cross-posting, multiple-posting or "USENET spam").
16. It is inadmissible to send messages from a foreign e-mail address, except with the express consent of the owner, as well as to falsify the information about the sender.
17. The forwarding or distribution of chain letters is prohibited.
18. These Rules are applicable to any Internet-based environment for the distribution of information, including to any application operating in an Internet environment (e.g. usenet news, fax over the Internet or others), which is accessed by virtue of an agreement between the User and the Supplier contract, including when a server belonging to third parties is used for this purpose.
